Opened in the summer of 2005, the latest extension to Clinique La Prairie offers a variety of services on three floors served by an elevator. The upper level houses the aquatic area with a pleasure pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and a large terrace.

This extension is easy to reach, thanks to the stairways and elevators connecting it to the Clinique's second hotel area, the Résidence.
