Method: Superficial peels remove dead cells from the skin surface, whereas medium peels work deep down. Glycolic, trichloroacetic or other acids are applied to the skin for a few minutes.
Areas: face, neck, décolleté, body
- Decreased acne lesions
- Reduction of imperfections and pigment spots
- Even skin tone and greater elasticity
Points to note: A superficial peel usually has no side effects. After a medium peel, the skin will turn red for the first 3 days, then peel over the next 3 days – similar to the effects of sunburn.
Method: The Hollywood Peel is a combination of different treatments. An active product, such as charcoal, is applied to the skin to absorb its inner impurities. This works in tandem with laser action for deep skin cleansing.
- Absorption of impurities
- Deep cleansing of the skin
- Pure, fresh, glowing complexion
Points to note: No undesirable effects
